...just really tired...ache all over...it was really physical...bumpy and pushed up steep wet grass/mud banks...
From studying video and pictures thought it would be fairly easy...but the hardest bits were miles out from anywhere...
Anyway great fun gonna do it again!

Thanks to everyone who made it happen..and salute to all the riders...some much more senior than me....

Didn't see you after the start. It was certainly a challenge, I came off twice. The standard front tyre just couldn't cope with the terrain. Nothing broken though, best day ever! Glad to hear you finished, well done.

...yeah had a few ...'oh sh*t!' moments...only dropped it once when stopped on a grass bank...the rear knobbly shreaded itself after some rough terrain then some 50mph+ making time...but I was expecting the wheels to fall off at any stage!....
